Romans 8:32 is asking us, "He who did not even spare his own Son but delivered him up for us all, why will he not also with him kindly give us all other things?"
As John 3:16 stated, Jehovah God who gave his son; Jesus Christ, because of his love for humans.
Why do they have to do these sacrifices, for Jehovah God to give his son, and for Jesus Christ to die for us?
Romans 3:25 said that through Jesus Christ's sacrifice, Jehovah God was able to forgive our sins, hence save us from death. Since, 1 John 4:9 stressed out that God done all of these because of his love for the world. We might ask, why his only begotten son? This only emphasize that he can also give humans the desires of his heart and he'll be please to give it.
Just like one of his promises written on Revelations 21:3-4 "3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent
of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his
peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear
from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry
nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
We might be suffering differently now like death of a love one, injustice, famine, health problems etc. but remember that Jehovah is God of Mercy (Ephesians 2:4) and he cannot lie even before times long lasting (Titus 1:2)
