Happy Thoughts

Imagine a glass with water and describe it.

Is it half full or half empty?
Your answer to this question will tell if your optimistic or not.

And of course being positive in life is healthier both for the mind, soul, physical health and people we socialize. Laughter is the best medicine, right? And it would always have a connection with being positive. How to be optimistic?

Practice being positive. Start by having nuggets of happy thoughts and below are optimistic some examples of actions that will lead you to happy thoughts - that would give your soul an inner piece and in the long run, happiness, contentment and serenity.

Give someone a smile.
Watch the rise and set of the sun.
Help an elderly, a widow and an orphan.
Observe the flock.
Pet a pet.

The list could go on and on. Don't dwell on the dark side of the hill. Don't stare on the ugly side of the coin. It won't hurt to know these things but to dwell on them would surely give a bad side effect. It would actually hurt you.

So chin up, head high and spread the sunshine! Have a happy time thinking happy thoughts!
